These fruits are rich in minerals, especially potassium, and are also high in Vitamin C.

Finger Limes: Used as a valuable source of food and medicine by First Nations peoples for thousands of years, finger limes grow in Australian rainforests and sub-tropical climates. Known as the “caviar of the citrus family,” they have small sour pearls that add a unique touch to meals.
